Privacy

This notice explains what information WSS Labs uses to prepare website previews, provide managed services, support customers and operate wss-ai.com.

Information we receive

• Business facts you submit, such as name, location, services, website, contact details and media.
• Business information that is publicly available and relevant to the requested preview.
• Account, support, billing and service records created when you become a customer.
• Technical records needed for security, request protection and basic site operation.

How it is used

We use the information to verify the business, prepare the requested preview and report, communicate about that request, deliver purchased services, protect the platform and meet legal obligations. Preview request information is not permission for unrelated outreach.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, payment processing, communications, data storage and website production. They receive only the information needed to perform their part of the service.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must keep for security, billing or legal reasons. You may also withdraw communication consent at any time.

Service terms

These terms apply when you request a preview, purchase a managed website or use another WSS Labs service.

Preview requests

A preview request is free and does not itself publish a website or charge a payment method. A preview may be limited or held when business facts cannot be verified, required assets are unavailable or a request would create legal, security or quality concerns.

Activation and billing

The managed website offer starts at $199 per month and begins only after secure checkout. It includes the finished website on the customer's domain, hosting, security, managed edits and a monthly local visibility report. Optional services are quoted separately unless a published plan says otherwise.

Cancellation

Managed subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Your domain remains yours.

Accuracy and customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing information you have the right to use and for reviewing business facts before launch. WSS Labs does not knowingly publish fabricated reviews, services, credentials, rankings or customer photos.

Acceptable use

You may not use WSS Labs services to mislead people, violate privacy or communication laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware or interfere with the platform.

Service changes

Features may change as the service improves. Material pricing or service changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through the service or customer contact channel.

Accessibility

WSS Labs targets WCAG 2.1 AA for its public web experiences and the managed websites it produces. This includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, contrast, reduced-motion support and text alternatives for meaningful images.

Accessibility is ongoing. Third-party services and customer-provided content may introduce limitations, and we work to reduce their impact. If you encounter a barrier, email support@woodwardsoftware.com with the page and the problem.

Browser storage and cookies

wss-ai.com currently uses necessary browser storage for request idempotency, form safety and preference choices such as dismissing the storage notice. The public site does not require advertising cookies.

If analytics or other nonessential tools are added, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Payment information is entered on the secure payment provider's checkout page, not collected by the WSS Labs preview form.
